Please arrive on time, a 5-10 minute grace period may be applied to your appointment. After the 10 minutes has passed your stylist has the right to reschedule your appointment due to scheduling conflicts.
Jillian & Company takes a $50 deposit on any service exceeding $125. This includes but is not limited to Balayage, colormelts , vivid colors, full hi-lites, keratin treatments, extensions, ombre, color/hi-lite, etc. If a deposit has not been recieved within 24hrs of scheduling your appointment will be cancelled. Your Deposit will go toward your final cost of the service once completed.
Jillian & Company needs 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation in order to receive your deposit back. If you give reasonable amount of time this will ensure that we will be able to fill your cancelled appointment with someone who may really want or need it. Not cancelling within the required time will result in the loss of deposit for the missed or cancelled appointment.
The stylists at Jillian & Company take pride in their art and craft. If you are not satisfied with your end result, please contact the salon and ask to speak with your stylist regarding your concerns. We stand behind our work 100% and this is why we do not offer refunds for any services. We offer complimentary "Fixes" withing 7 days of the service at your stylists discretion.
If you have had a "no show" and would like to schedule an appointment at Jillian & Company you will be required to pay for half of your requested service up front to hold your appointment. If you do not show for your appointment again you will not receive your money back. If you do not cancel this appointment within 24hrs you will not receive your money back and you will no longer be seen at Jillian & company.
The best gift you can give someone is a gift card to Jillian & Company. Our gift cards can be used for everything we have to offer including our large variety of products. There are no refunds for gift cards and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
We can only guarantee our color services if the referred products are purchased through Jillian & Company. Your services are an investment in you. Please protect your investment to the best of your ability with salon quality products.
Retail products may only be exchanged for equal or lesser valued products within 15 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for store credit only. No cash refunds will be given. Product exchanges can only be for equally priced product or less. If there is a price difference, you will be charged the difference. Damaged items cannot be returned. Items purchased as a set can only be returned as a set. If the product contains less than 90% of the original amount it will not be accepted. There are no refunds on hot tools.
